When you opt in, CareCompass may process your mobile number, SMS consent record, opt-out or help requests, and technical delivery information needed to operate the messaging service.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.

CareCompass SMS notifications are designed to be neutral and do not include diagnoses, clinical notes, assessment results, or completed check-in responses.
